The service people who processed my order and scheduled my delivery were courteous and friendly. Very helpful store !
The delivery was ahead of schedule and they gave me a narrow window for delivery time so that I did not need to stick around waiting for the truck. Delivery was on-time, quick - bed and mattress were unpacked and set up for me. Old mattress was taken.
Very easy process from start to finish. About 3 wks taken - I chose a delivery the date which would allow carpet to be delivered and walls to be painted.
Will be purchasing other items from Levin in the future.
