 + -1 moreWe originally were just going to recover, but they suggested that we also install new cushions. We bought the table used over a decade ago. So, we felt that was good suggestion. Their installers were respectful and professional. No complaints. They did what they said they would do. Their price was in-line or a little lower than other estimates too.

 + -1 moreFirst of all, Mike Leon was very patient with my many questions, beginning the first time I met him and visited his store a few months ago, in emails since then, and now when I bought my pool table. He was very helpful. Plus, he just seems like a nice guy. He gave me a great deal on a beautiful new C. L. Bailey pool table (the "Elayna" model) and accessories. The three guys who delivered it and set it up were great. They couldn't have been nicer, they were on time, and they were very professional, meticulous about getting everything tight and level, and cleaned up afterwards. They did a really nice job.
Description of Work: Bought a new pool table and had it delivered and installed.

Description of Work: The Girlfriend and I decided over the holidays to purchase a pool table and we took the day off to go to the different billiard's dealers in the area. One stop was LEON'S BILLIARDS AND MORE. From the moment we stepped into the place we felt uncomfortable. The gentleman that helped us just seemed sneaky and shady. He did not answer any of our questions or concerns because he was to busy telling us how great he is and how the other local Ballard's dealer wasn't any good because he used to own it and took all their best employees and how he was the greatest thing since sliced bread and blah blah blah. I do not recommend this place and he lost a 5000.00 deal because of his arrogance.

 + 0 moreThey called me within 24 hours of our initial conversation to schedule the job. Three days later, I'm looking at a job beautifully done. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
