I found the representatives of this comapny to be arrogant and not very service oriented. I felt that the cost of the small engine repair was high. The time to get the smal engines repaired was excessively long, and the work was shoddy. My personal experience at this service campany was not very good. I have since found another small engine repair company.

The only plus about the company is that they are the only ones in the area that will pickup and deliver your equipment. However, communication is terrible and expect it to take weeks to get your equipment back. I had to call twice to have my mower picked-up, twice to ask what was wrong with it and the costs. I also had to call to find out when it would be finished and delivered to be told it has been done for a week. Again, communication with this company is terrible.
