They do good work at good prices, which is probably why they are busy, but it takes them awhile (on the order of weeks) to get to your work, and they probably won't be able to say more than a few days beforehand when they actually plan to arrive. Works fine if you can be flexible about being at home to meet them, and if the work isn't urgent.

MR. HIRTH WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WHEN WE FIRST CALLED HIM HE RETURNED OUR CALL PROMPTLY, UNLIKE EVERYONE ELSE WE HAD TRIED! MR. HIRTH EVEN FIXED A SWITCH THAT MY HUSBAND TRIED TO DO HIMSELF (NOT TO SUCCESSFULLY!) AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
