DO NOT USE GREATER PITTSBURGH Plumbing. My kitchen sink is clogged and they came to snake it and it worked for two days and clogged again and they charged me to snake it again and said I need to pay additional $850 to cut pipe in the basement. They cut a pipe in the basement but still not fix. They want to get paid without finishing the job! What kind of business is that?

Absolutely the best. On time and excellent workers. No mess, very personable. Great company.

A very unprofessional operation. Had an appointment scheduled at 3:00, so I adjusted my work schedule, put in the necessary PTO, etc. That’s perfectly fine. I received a call at approximately 1:50 asking if I could bump up my appointment to 2:30 since the technician was done with his prior job earlier than expected and is in the immediate area. The lady who I spoke with, Kelsey, insisted on this change. I thought it was a little odd, but agreed. Since it takes me a half hour to get home, I had to postpone a meeting with some staff so I could rush to get home. The technician never arrived. I called, and Kelsey said he should have arrived by now and put me on hold. I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with him like an accident or something along those lines. She got back on the line and stated that he actually went back to the prior job to fix something else without giving anyone a heads up. No phone call to the business or myself. Not exactly a professional operation, so I recommend not using.

After promptly returning my call, Ky and Stan came out and gave us a quote for work we wanted to have done in one of our bathroom. They took their time to investigate the issue, made a recommendation and quoted a fair price. Ryan and Angelo came out a few days later to perform the work and did an excellent job. Very professional and efficient, cleaned up when done and kept us informed of the work being done along the way. Looking forward to using Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing for other projects in our home.

Very well, they really know what they are doing. We have used them for many projects

WE ARE IN PROCESS OF SELLING MY MOMS OLD HOUSE AND NEEDED TO MAKE SURE ALLL NECESSARY SYSTEMS
WERE IN PROPER WORKING ORDER. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND LISTENED AS I EXPLAINED AS TO WHAT NEEDED
DONE FOR THE HOME INSPECTION. THEY PROCEEDED TO DO THE WORK AND REPAIR ANY LEAKS ETC. FOUND
MAKING SURE ALL WATER AND GAS ISSUES WERE SOLVED IF NEEDED.

HAVE USED THIS CO. BEFORE AND AS USUAL GOOD SERVICE. I CALLED THEM AT 8 A.M. AND WAS TOLD THAT THE WORK COULD POSSIBLY BE DONE LATER IN THE DAY BUT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND LET ME KNOW. I RECEIVED A CALL AT 11 A.M. STATING THAT THEY HAD A RESCHEDULE AND THEY COULD BE AT MY HOUSE ABOUT 1 P.M. THEY SHOWED UP EARLY AT 12:30 P.M., REMOVED THE OLD WATER HEATER AND HAD THE NEW ONE INSTALLED AND WORKING BY 1:30 P.M. AS USUAL THE JOB WAS NEAT AND THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE THEY STARTED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WOULD NOT CONSIDER USING ANY OTHER CO. IN THE FUTURE.

THey set up a date and time convenient to us, showed up promply and did the work professionally and neat.
Gave us a detailed description of the work done and the results.

It turned out very well. We moved the position of the heater to one that was basically from the far end of a line to in-between the plumbing for the kitchen and our bathrooms. The new heater works really well. I had a little bit of problem with a related sump pump system. It pumps out condensation from the flash heater. The owner has been really responsive in getting that initial one dealt with. He even replaced the pump at no cost because the old one wasn't working right. Overall, the work was excellent. I was quite pleased with it. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.
