Our decorator spent a lot of time listening to our preferences and needs. She put together an overall plan for the room including accessories and suggested a paint color for the walls. We really liked the plan and wound up purchasing all of the items that she suggested. The room is now my favorite room in the house! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the pieces, the design, or the installation.

The sales person/interior designer who assisted us in making our purchases was very helpful and accommodating. She made the whole process as painless as possible. First by listening to what we needed, to furnish a home office, and next by promptly assembling some decorating possibilities. She, the designer, respected our budget and our personal taste. She was available after the furniture was delivered and the sale completed. My only complaint is the high prices Ethan Allen charges (and gets) for its furniture and accessories.
