IN BUYING MY BIG SCREEN TV, THE PEOPLE AT DIGITAL VISION WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT, HONEST IN TERMS OF WHAT WAS THE BEST DEAL, AND ALSO GAVE ME A DEAL. DELIVERY-WISE, THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND STAYED THERE TO SET EVERYTHING UP (EVEN NON-TV RELATED STUFF) AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
