It went very well and even in this pandemic they are extremely caring and even though I couldn't go in the clinic, I have a lot of confidence that my dog will get the best care possible.

We go to them quite a bit. We've been going to them for 20 plus year. They're good to work with, they're just helpful. They don't try to push things on you. They're are just good to go to. Our dog had surgery recently, she had some issue and they worked with us and gave us some free service because something happened during surgery. They hit a nerve when they were giving anesthetic. She had a problem with her leg, they did free laser treatment. We've been going there for so long.

The hotel staff are very caring and they try hard to accommodate any needs. We love the place even though we hate leaving our cats behind when we travel. The cages are multilevel and they give the cats blankets, rugs, shelters as needed (one of my guys always wants to hide). The cats have playtime outside the cage, with extra time if purchased. It can be expensive even with the discount because our cats room together, but it's worth it to know that they are well taken care of. The vets are also quite competent and caring and are always willing to chat about any concerns.

WE WE SEEN QUICKLY,THE WERE VERY GOOD HANDLING OUR DOG MAKING HIM COMFORTABLE,ALONG WITH BEING ATTENTIVE TO HIM,WHILE LISTENING TO OUR CONCERNS OVER HIS WOUND,THEY WERE THOROGH CLEANING THE WOUND AND MEDICATING HIM,HE WAS GIVEN AN ANTIBIOTIC AND SENT HOME

It has all been good. They are friendly and caring.

It makes me feel at tease that the hospital is connected to the hotel.  Staff seems very caring to animals.

A more typical charge for them is $35 to $45. Last time, the charge was out of the ordinary for all they needed to do. They have a number of vets there and you can always get an appointment very easily. They have evening hours that are very convenient for people who work. They are very nice, the desk people are very nice and the doctors are nice. The facility is spotless, it is always clean and there is never any odor.

Healthy young dog needed rabies shot, heartwork test and ear medication.  The service was good but since this was basic routine stuff it should have been.  I don't get over the moon with folks that know how to do their job.  That's what they are supposed to do - right.  I didn't think the bill of $210 fit the service.  It is now $50 just to walk in the clinic.  Time for a change.

I have been taking my dog here for well over 5 yrs. The vets are mainly good, although several will try to sell you more expensive procedures that are not always needed. However, the techs and front desk service is horrible. I have had repeated errors with tech service (asking for something and not receiving it) and recently I've felt the tech quality has degraded (excessive bleeding after taking a blood sample - the tech did not bandage my dog and she bled all over the car). The front desk service is beyond inadequate. They are slow and error prone. I frequently wait 15-20 minutes to check out, easily reaching 30 minutes if they are busy. For the 10/28 visit, I paid my bill before leaving and two days later recieved an invoice for further payment. When I phoned the office to question this, I was told that the bill was not complete when I checked out (it "probably was not in the computer") and so they needed to invoice me for the remainder. Although it was not alot of money, I feel it was grossly inappropriate to surprise me with an invoice since I paid my bill at the time of service. Basically, I feel they have become too large, greedy and careless and I am going to take my dog to another vet.

Our dog has been here several times now. He has had grooming twice and has boarded three times. We have not been to see the vet yet. They treat him like royalty! The groomers know me by name and he comes out to me with a big happy face. The boarding is run in a very professional manner. There is no "smell" in the facility or on our dog when we pick him up. They are efficient and very friendly with the pets. This place was highly recommended to me by neighbors and will now be recommended by me.

I have been taking my animals to them for about fifteen years. I have used them for everything from basic care to wellness visits. The veterinarians are excellent. They are very kind and caring. They care not only about the pet, but about the owner. They know that when I have a sick animal it effects me as well. I think that they are expensive, but they provide excellent care.

I agree with other reports - the veterinary professionals are excellent and caring (calling to check the day following surgery), emergency service is great, the boarding kennel and grooming services are first rate, but the front desk (with a few exceptions) is awful. I once literally waited 40 minutes to pick up a dog from surgery and it turned out they didn't know I was there -- in spite of the fact that I had signed in. They NEVER call the phone number I give, only the one on my file. Once they forgot to charge for meds, requesting that I return to do so.

When my dog returned home, he had severe coughing fits. They were very unconcerned and blew me off telling me to give him cough medicine. I ended up leaving this vet and going to another. I later found out that my dog's trachea had collapsed and he could have died during that period when it first happened. We think it was a result of the procedure when they put a tube down his throat during the cleaning process. So not only was I unhappy with their skills at the procedure, but also at their attitude after the fact.

I have taken one of my dogs there for 9 years. The doctors are all excellent, caring professionals and have helped my animals. It seems that since the new building was built, that their fees have gone up. Also, they need to review their process for handling you once you have seen the vet. I have had several times recently where I have waited 20 minutes or more to check out. Waiting for medications takes too long. I once asked the desk staff why I was waiting so long, and was told that it wasn't their job to check on the technicians filling the prescriptions. Seems there is a disconnect between the folks in the back and the check out desk.

They are very great here at the Bradford hills Vet Hospital. The staffing is all very nice to deal with and they never give me any problems. The building itself is clean inside as well. This last check up went well. My cat is fine and I am pleased to say that I take her here. Charges differ every time, but they always seem to be worth it.

THE OWNER AND HER STAFF TAKE WONDERFUL CARE OF OUR PETS. WE HAVE BOARDED THERE MANY TIMES. THE PETS CAN BRING THEIR OWN TOYS AND FURNISHINGS. THEY ARE GREETED LIKE OLD FRIENDS. THE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES ARE CONVENIENT FOR US. THEY ARE AN ABKA AWARD WINNING FACILITY. HE IS OPEN MINDED ABOUT SOLUTIONS TO HEALTH CARE PROBLEMS. BESIDES TRADITIONAL MEDICINE HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HOLISTIC AND ALTERNATIVE FORMS OF TREATMENT. ALL OF HIS STAFF ARE WELL.

WOULD USE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION ONLY. VERY PRICEY. TRY TO SELL YOU ADDITIONAL SERVICES WHEN NOT REQUIRED OR NEEDED.

DR. KREWATCH, THE VETERINARIAN, WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND VERY THROUGH WITH THE EXAM. HIS STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. HIS OFFICE AND EXAM ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN. I DID FEEL THAT $92.00 WAS EXPENSIVE.
