I've been looking for a used Cadillac Escalade for a while and I found one at the Bobby Rahal dealership in Wexford, PA. I drove the 200 miles from Columbus, Ohio to take a look at it and close the deal. The salesman, Bob Guckert was so patient and friendly as I looked over the vehicle. He made the purchasing process easy and we were finished in about an hour.
Several weeks after bringing the car home, I had some engine issues. I sent Bob an email requesting the service records for the car and let him know that I had to bring it to the mechanic for the engine problems. Bob asked that I send him the invoice so they could look over it in case they missed anything on the initial inspection. After sending him the invoice, I received a call from him letting me know that they stand behind their service and that the service I received would have been covered under their warranty. He told me that they would send me a check to cover the work (minus a small deductible)! What an awesome surprise!
I have NEVER dealt with an auto dealership with so much integrity, commitment, and exceptional customer service, even after the sale.
A truly refreshing and outstanding experience!

The pros:

Watch what they charge you. Overpriced if you go beyond their original scope of work. They charged me $100 to reset the tranny light even though there was nothing wrong with it. They aren't willing to fix real problems that they can't make money on. My brakes squealed so they charged $150 to grease the brake parts. Squeal was never fixed. Their solution was to spend 2500 for all new pads and rotors on 4 wheels.
Overall: only take your car here for specific service that only jaguar techs can do. Everything else is best left for other service shops

The people at Bobby Rahal Volvo are fantastic! On more than one occasion they have done a great deal of work, jerry-rigged things for me (I'm on a seriously tight budget) and charged me nothing! Given the age of the Volvos that I've driven in there, it is clear that I am not in the running for a new luxury car, nevertheless they treat me exceedingly well and give me honest feedback and advice. This is the only dealership that I've ever trusted. If I am ever in the line for a new car, I will stop at Bobby Rahal first!

I spent about $70 on the state inspection. I am very happy with them. They do the job on time; they are punctual and available. They also wash the car at the end if you give them enough time. I have not any problems with them. My car is only two years old and have not had any major repairs done yet. The maintenance work is done under warranty. So, I cannot rate their price. I will use them again in the future.

First time in 5 years that I had a really good customer service experience at Bobby Rahal Volvo. I called morning of 9/4 to see if they could fit me in because the engine choked really bad the day before. (Had taken to a couple other places where they could not diagnose the problem effectively.) They fit me in that morning and what turned out to be a fuel sensor problem was diagnosed and covered under the extended warranty - this was the last day of the warranty. The 75K service was performed as well and I drove away having paid a less than previously quoted amount. Rob Sherbo was the advisor I worked with - he had great communication with me and kept me up to date on discussions with the warranty company.

The visit with them was fine. There is a lot of work between Volvo itself that they dealt with. I don't have very good experience with my car engine. They work as best as they can to help me. I have to use them because of the kind of car that I have, but if I had a choice, I would not use them.

We have purchased 5-6 cars from them in the past number of years. We have consistently had good experiences with them. They have been excellent. They are courteous and professional. We have never had any problems with them but if any issue did come up we called them and they took care of it right away. They call us before they proceed to fix anything that would cost more.
