Auto Service
I called for regular oil change and pre-emptive maintenance (which I learned the benefit of from Baierl) and asked if they could replace the two tires with nails in them. They called before noon (I had dropped off the car before work and was offered a ride however I had scheduled my own transportation) to let me know the other items due from the pre-emptive maintenance and explained in detail each item and repeated them for me to understand better the purpose and the actions involved. I appreciate this as I never feel as though I am being taken because if there is something I do not want they will not argue or even discuss but leave me the option to make an informed decision. I am so grateful for their help and guidance. Always feel safe and great taking my vehicle here for service.
