In and out very quickly did not try to upsell me - they were very up front about what it would cost and other typical costs associated with the maintenance (filters etc.) did not pressure me when I indicated that I did not want the extra stuff.

I think they are responsive, friendly, and I believe that they are trustworthy. The workers are all very friendly. Very helpful, and very informative. I just think they are honest. That means a lot to me that I feel they are being honest and up front.

The service was very good. The workers were fine. The work was completed within an hour and half - they did it while I waited. I have no complaints.

I found a 2010 MDX on their website that I was interested in : http://www.baierl.com/Used/Acura/MDX/2010-acura-mdx-37-wexford-pa-a54214a-wdi.cfm When I checked the free carfax report, it appears that Baierl took this to auction 2.5 months ago. So I called to see if the car was on the lot. The sales guy was nice and said it appears in their system, but he would go out on the lot to verify and give me a call back. Sure enough, the car was not there, so I'm glad I didn't waste my time going to look at something that didn't exist. It is now a week later and the car is still listed on their site as and quot;Just Arrived, Photo coming Soonand quot;.

I am satisfied with the Servicing. Price is also reasonable when compared with other dealers nearby.

well, I ended up needing to invest in front brakes, pads and brand new rotors. Car had just been in 2 months prior for service and had back brakes replaced yet front brakes were absolutely fine and two months later I need new rotors and brakes because there was so Much rust damage in just two months that they cracked? I felt as though they should have seen this starting When I had it in two months ago. But they claimed that There was no rust at that time And that it was possible For so much damage to occur since then. Since I am not a mechanic or an expert It is hard for me to know If this is true or not. They were also somewhat arrogant during phone conversations about this. We did negotiate a bit and they came down $200 or so from the original quote. Other than this one issue I have always been happy with their service and treatment And am hopeful that the good service will continue.

The service staff at Baierl Acura are excellent. The price is not always the cheapest, but they do quality work. They have given us a discount the last few times when we had larger services completed. They also provide a loaner car while our car is in the shop.

I bought used acura from this dealer ship. My experience was very good. They gave me a fair price for the trade and were reasonable with the sale price. I have brought my car for service/repair issues since then. Most of the times its been a good experience. They are a little pricey though. At times I have had some jobs completed some where else due to better rates or sooner availability. If you book your service ahead of time, they give you a loaner too.

They do their work right because they know the cars. They will get the work done when they say they will get it done and if they don't, they will give you a loaner.

The experience was very smooth, considering that we arrived after 7:00 p.m. on a weeknight. The salesperson was very attentive. We got a decent break on the price and a fair trade-in value for our car. The salesperson went into detail explaining how the dealership arrives at their assessed values for trade-ins and called up a couple of web sites with comparable information. We were hoping to drive off with the new vehicle that evening but forgot to bring the title of the car we were trading in. Baierl, however, let us leave in the new car with a promise that we would drop off the title the next day. We had a pre-approved check in hand from our bank but the salesperson still explained all of our various financing offers with Acura. Ultimately, we declined but we appreciated having the information. The only hiccup in the process is they could only find one programmed key to the vehicle and were not able to find it the next day when we dropped off the title. They eventually found and programmed that key as well as a valet key but we had to make a return trip to the dealership. Overall, a very positive experience.
