I use them all the time. I wanted to keep my car and I felt really bad because I held it to the shop for like three months because they couldn't find an engine. What's really nice about it was he didn't charge me a lot. He didn't overcharge me like most people would just work all that loss in, but he didn't do that. He is just awesome.

They are really honest. There have been times when there is something wrong with our cars so we go in there to have them checked. Sometimes they tell us it is no problem so it does not always cost us anything.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I love them! They are straightforward and honest in telling you what you need to have done, what can wait, and what you can do yourself. I dropped my car off the night before and they did the job during the day, finishing on time. I've also had them find problems the dealership mechanics couldn't. They are fast, honest and low-priced.

The service went well. The installation involved dropping the transmission and enlarging two holes in the vehicle's frame. The work was completed promptly. The cost came in slightly higher than the estimate, but that was because they needed to drop the entire transmission (they had hoped to be able to drop only the mufflers). They are honest and friendly.

I couldn't be happier. Took my vehicles here based solely on their reviews. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

Since I found Auto Service Mall on Angie's List, I've used them a couple of times for service on my Grand Caravan minivan.  I really enjoy dealing with Ken.  The reason I tried them out in the first place was because of reviews that said they were honest.  I am happy to report that I find them to be the most honest auto service shop I've ever dealt with.
It seems like most other shops, especially, service shops within car dealers, try to find something wrong with your car.  I think the service advisers and techs are incentivized to drive incremental revenue.  That's why I don't trust them.
With Ken and Auto Service Mall, I find them to be very fair and honest with the work they do for me.  Everything is explained to me, and it makes sense.  I also find their prices to be very competitive.

I went to Auto Service Mall because they were close and they seem honest. They didn't fix the problem, I guess they didn't hear the noise I heard. So I ended up having to taking it someplace else to have it repaired. But, they didn't charge me anything.

I would use them again.

I like them.  They are really nice people.  Whenever I go in I would always want mechanics that can deal with and I can trust.  I have never had an issue with them they always seem to be straight up.  They are very reasonable.  They never suggest things that I don’t need.  I pretty much go with the problem and they fix it.  They are very, very honest.

The work was completed as ordered, on time, at a fair price and followup explanation of the work.

They are great. They were close. Their prices are very reasonable. They were very familiar with the model that I have and they had figured out a way to just replace the worn down parts instead of replacing the whole thing. They had a box of them on hand. It was very quick and they knew exactly what to do. I will definitely continue to use them.

They are really good. They were very reasonable. I just know that they are really helpful because we kind of needed them quickly. I did recommend them actually and they were really good. My son's actually going to come and get some more repairs on his car. He has always been in this area, but he is having hard time finding a place down there. Anyway he is going to come up here and have someone do it. The price was pretty good.

These are the best mechanics in the city of pittsburgh bar none. They are the most knowledgeable mechanics I've ever encountered. The owner Tom has saved me thousands of dollars over the last 17 years. I have been broken down hundreds of miles from home and Tom was able to tell me over the phone what to do to get me rolling again. I once was in Maine dead of summer when my air conditioning quit working. I went to a local shop up there and was told that my compressor was bad 1,100.00 estimate. I called Tom and he had me take out 4 dashboard screws and unplug a wiring harness. wait 1 minute and plug it back in. when I did, the Airconditioning worked perfectly. You can be assured if you take your car to these guys, that you will be taken care of and not ripped off. They are the best !!!!!
