May 2013 - I realized that my spa cover was damaged. It had cracked and was water-logged. In fact the bracket which raised and lowered it had broken from the extra weight. Alpine Pools technicians replaced the bracket, and in June 2013, we ordered a new cover. I have spoken with technicians, maintenance and numerous managers over the last year, and we still have not received a new cover.

I would recommend them. They came out and set up our pool for the price we asked. If we had any issues, they came back and fixed it. Any questions we had, we can go right into their building and ask them. We can get our water tested there. They're very helpful and friendly.

The rep came to our home and evaluated the problem. He found the leak and needed to order a part. The leak has been corrected and the spa is running better than it has in a long time.

We have found all of the pool companies in the area to be of the same quality. They have a limited time to install pools and to take care of problems: Alpine put our pool in, we had another pool company put our first pool in. The problem with all of these companies seem to be the coordination of their subcontractors. Opening and closing of the pool has been done adequately but don't expect anything extra. Would hire again only because of our experiences with the other companies seems to be the same or a little worse.

Alpine pools send a technician out to look at the heater. He arrived on time, and had the heater up and running in a few minutes. He was very professional, but was a little pricey for the time spent.

ARRIVED LATE, WITH MISSING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. HUSBAND TOOK 1/2 DAY OFF OF WORK FOR A.M. APPOINTMENT AND THEY ARRIVED LATE P.M. SENT INEXPERIENCED WORKMEN. COST WAS $200 HIGHER THAN SAME WORK PRIOR YEAR.
