We live in a condo/townhome community. There were a few issues with getting the radon mitigation system put in while still adhering to the HOA guidelines. Brian came out and met with the president of our HOA to describe exactly how it would be installed and what would need to be done. On the day of installation Brian was on time and friendly. He described everything in great detail and was able to answer all of my questions. He cleaned up the area when he was finished installing and the room looked exactly how it did when he arrived. The radon mitigation system is very quiet and you would never know it was there. Overall working with Brian was a good experience.

Built new home in 2012 & tested for radon level in Jan 2013. Was quite elevated, so we called Airtech to install a blower fan and run test again. We had used Airtech in Feb 2012 prior to listing our previous home for sale and were quite satisfied with their service and the system they used. Initial test after installing system in new house indicated that level was slightly elevated (had dropped to 5, down from 31) but was still above suggested level of 4. We waited another week and Airtech ran test again and level dropped to 3.6, which is acceptable. I am pleased with their service and will recommend them to others in the neighborhood.

We were very pleasantly surprised when Brian came today and looked at our home and the crawl space where he believed the radon was coming from. Instead of recommending a remediation system, he instead recommended that we begin by hiring someone to install a vent in the crawl space, as he believes that getting some air into the space may be a simple solution to the problem. He pointed out that installing a remediation system in that space would be difficult and would require permanently sealing off the space, making it unusable to us as a storage area. How nice to work with someone who is not simply trying to sell his services, but is instead willing to give honest advice, even if it means he won't get business from a customer. We plan to proceed with installing the vent and re-testing. If at some point we need to pursue radon remediation we will definitely call AirTech. Brian gets an A + for integrity, honesty and professionalism. We greatly appreciate it.

It went great. Brian Bacchus came as scheduled and evaluated the situation. Remediation was not required and he explained why.

I called to arrange for a radon test last Thursday and it is now the following Wednesday and not even a call back.

They were very responsive when we discussed the job, and when the work was done, it was done well, cleanly and quickly. No unexpected charges. Very happy with their work and they made the whole experience pleasant.

The house air quality was monitored for 48 hours by a home inspector and found to be above guideline limits by a third party test lab. We then contracted with Air Tech Radon Services to have a radon remediation system installed. The installation work was done by a certified radon inspector in a professional manner and a subsequent 48 hour test resulted in a radon level below the guideline level. We would recommend this company to anyone in need of a radon remediation system.

We dealt with our real estate agent to have a radon test done. It was determined that we needed a remediation system installed. They did an excellent job, it was timely, neat and professional.

The process was easy. Information about the home needed to be provided- age, crawl spaces present, etc The scheduling was prompt and easy. The service was very neat the system performed very well to correct the problem. ,

The company was very easy to work with. I sent an email through Angie's List. I was contacted the same day by Sandy. She explained the process to me, asked me some questions and told me the cost. I scheduled the system to be installed a week and a half later as I was going on vacation. Sandy called me the day before to confirm the appointment. Brian arrived on time. The work was completed in two hours. He explained the system to me and left a test there to make sure the unit was working. The test was picked up two days later and the results were sent to me that same day. Hopefully radon will not be an issue for me ever again but if it is I will definitely contact Airtech again.
