Pool and Spa Servicing
The quality of the work was poor. The job has taken 5 times as long as he stated it would even taking bad weather into account. He is quick to demand payment and slow to deliver. Basically, this guy is a BS artist. He is dishonest and a thief. IF you don't believe this, do a good search on "Tom Hodak pool Pittsburgh".
