this group is a treasure they do all around jobs even fixed the chairlift I have for disability
the owner, Jeff, is a perfectionist and it
showsTo start with, he knew my desire to have the repairs to the basement done quickly and he had no problem coming to the house just as Superstorm Sandy arrived to the area. He and his crew not only finished the job in record time (4 days) but went above and beyond the job by:
(1) physically emptying the basement of all of its contents (which filled 2 rooms),
(2) they uncovered and repaired gaping holes around the basement windows (hidden behind the insulation were holes large enough to put one's arm through),
(3) they took care to wear booties and install appropriate ventilation, etc...even while the balance of the house is in great disrepair and they could easily have taken less regard to it, and
(4) because they worked during Sandy, they noticed AND REPAIRED numerous leaks in the roof!
I am planning significant work to the interior of the house and will absolutely be looking to JEM for that. I have full confidence in their ability and quality; I highly recommend them.
