What a fabulous job. Jeff & his crew were amazing. They were wonderfully prompt and the quality of their work was first rate. To start with, he knew my desire to have the repairs to the basement done quickly and he had no problem coming to the house just as Superstorm Sandy arrived to the area. He and his crew not only finished the job in record time (4 days) but went above and beyond the job by: (1) physically emptying the basement of all of its contents (which filled 2 rooms), (2) they uncovered and repaired gaping holes around the basement windows (hidden behind the insulation were holes large enough to put one's arm through), (3) they took care to wear booties and install appropriate ventilation, etc...even while the balance of the house is in great disrepair and they could easily have taken less regard to it, and (4) because they worked during Sandy, they noticed AND REPAIRED numerous leaks in the roof! I am planning significant work to the interior of the house and will absolutely be looking to JEM for that. I have full confidence in their ability and quality; I highly recommend them.

Jeff responded to our query and we scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time for the bid. We forgot to show him one area and emailed him that night with a rough measurement and description, and after another question he sent an estimate the next night. Instead of exactly replacing the damaged area, he suggested a simple fix which saved hundreds, if not more. We accepted his bid. There was a week wait to schedule the next appointment as he had other jobs, but that all went smoothly. He was punctual over the next two days and fixed the issues.
