We hired Joe and his crew to fix a home remodel, and we could not be any happier with the service. They have been incredible and the work they do is amazing. Every single one of the workers is very professional, and knows what they are doing. Brandon the project manager kept us so informed and made sure we know every thing that was going on. The company was so professional, and they are great guys! They will definitely be our go to company for anything we need home renovation wise!

I was really hoping to use these guys over and over, but they got sloppy. The last job they did they left a real mess. They never finished the last tasks we needed and left me feeling bad that I was not available to talk to them on the phone when they were available. We were really sad because some of what they did was great- depended on which person did the work- Chad is great. We always paid them, even though the costs were always more than the estimate, but in the end we felt like we were not good enough for their service. :( Now we are left high and dry trying to figure out how to clean things up and get what we need done.

"We are sorry that you have had a bad experience with us. I understand that there have been issues from the last job we did on the outside of the home, and we did try on several occasions to meet with you directly so we can go over everything personally, and make up for the issues at hand. The owner of the company reached out to you directly, and we were met with no calls or texts back, and a period of time with no communication. We understand that there were circumstances that could not be avoided, and we were happy to work with you, but saying we made you feel like you were not good enough is an unfair statement to us. You asked our workers to leave the property immediately which prevented them from cleaning any of the mess that happened, and we were not just going to send people when you were already upset at the work done. We had a scheduled day with you to pick up anything we left behind, which you had to cancel due to circumstances, and have not rescheduled. We ask again for you to communicate with us, so we can have everything picked up, and any further questions resolved. We did everything we could for you and your family, and we would like to see this matter closed so although not perfect, we satisfy what issues we can with you."

When I tell you that this company will now be my go to for all of my home needs, I MEAN IT! Joe and his team are phenomenal! I can't speak highly about their workmanship and professionalism enough. They remodeled my bathroom and kitchen and did a spectacular job. They took out the bulk head, did mudding, patch up work, sanding, painting and flooring. Not only did they do a great job, they made sure to keep the dust to a minimum and cleanup was quick and thorough especially since I had a 7 month old at the time. They were punctual everyday, made sure that we were aware of everything they were doing and accommodated us with any request. Thank you for your hard work and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

I hired them for shingle repair and a leaky flashing on my chimney. They repaired the shingles very well and inspected the flashing, point out that the flashing is fine and fingering the real culprit, a crack in my chimney you couldn't see from the ground!

I needed my basement Waterproofed. When it rained, my basement literally had rivers flowing through it, until This company saved it. Impriano Home Repair And Renovation installed an interior French drain and sump pump system to waterproof my basement and it's been dry ever since! In that basement, Joe and crew also replaced some drywall that had mold on it, renovated/retired/painted a moldy bathroom. They also painted my upstairs house, snaked my exterior downspouts, and replaced part of my leaky roof. They guys were perfect. And Joe Impriano is everything you could ask for in a contractor. He answers his phone every time, addresses any and every concern you may have, and doesn't leave until you're satisfied with the outcome. I'd re-hire this team in a minute. I love the finished product and the price was competitive.
