EXCELLENT! I called them in an emergency-all of a sudden I got a hole in my roof and had rain pouring in the house and they came over immediately and covered it and went and bought materials and started immediately. They worked through a terrible blizzard and drove to get kerosene for me and dug my garbage can out and got my mail for me. They helped me way beyond the roof job. They are the nicest,kindest,most talented people I have ever met.... I have a really low income,so he worked out a payment plan for me so I could get all the work done that I needed. He enclosed my porch with wood and put a beautiful metal roof on and installed a door,cut out a cat door and built the most awesome cat house on the porch and built a strong sturdy ladder leading up to it. I am more than pleased and happy and will have Rapid Roofing do all my work from now on.....
