They did a fine job.

They came, not regularly. I was never very happy with their service. I had an operation and I needed someone to come once a week, regularly and they came every three weeks when they felt like it. The last time they showed up, I didn't know they were coming. I would ask them to come and that's how that turned out. So, I asked if they could come every three weeks...that turned out to be adequate; that wasn't what I intended. They last time they came, I didn't know they were coming, I didn't take them. I said never mind, I'm not prepared today; no thank you.That was the last time I used them. 

They did a nice job when they got here. I just never knew when they were coming. I gave them a tip every time. They wanted to charge more and I told them never mind and the price was reduced. I thought it was more than adequate for what they had to do.

They were fair on responsiveness, I wanted them to come at a certain time and they would show up when they wanted to be here. They would show up. One time I had a six o'clock appointment and they showed up at five; I was very upset. They got the job done and got out. 

They have nice products. 

I really didn't want to rate them, that's why I didn't.

Always showed up on time and are curteous/friendly.  Cleaning is overall ok but cleaning of surfaces/counters is not very thorough, & did not clean inside fridge. Overall cleaning quality is ok but for the price i would have expected a more thorough job.

The first cleaning is a baseline cleaning.  Expect to spend considerably more for the first clean than for subsequent cleanings, because this is not a one-and-done service.  The baseline clean is where you'll find out what they do and don't do.  Every provider has things they do and don't do.  Finding out if they cover what you need is important.  They don't do walls, ceilings, or windows, for example.  They do an exceptional job with the stove, and their mopping of the floor makes things look much better.
The initial clean comprised 7 rooms, hallways, etc.  It took them around 3 hours, and they had an additional person for that visit.  They dusted, mopped floors, vacuumed, scrubbed the stove, and cleaned the bathrooms.  The house was considerably cleaner after that.
They have come on a bi-weekly basis for about 8 months now, and they have been flexible to accommodate my schedule as needed.  As I have de-cluttered rooms (3, so far) and made them usable, they have also cleaned those at an additional cost.  They are always on time or early on their scheduled day, and are communicative (text msg is best) if anything comes up.  They are in the house for about 2 hours, and they are working hard the entire time.
They are friendly and will converse with you.  Don't expect them to stand around and waste time.  English is not their first language, but communication has rarely been an issue.  I will use google translate sometimes if I need to be absolutely sure we understand each other.  That's almost never necessary.
No one ever does a perfect job with cleaning, and any time that they have missed dusting something I've been able to correct the issue in under 5 minutes.  Them getting 99.999% of the house is good enough for me, because it gives me the time to deal with the rest of my life.  I'm buying a considerable amount of time in my life by letting them clean my house
, and I find the price well worth it.

They are very kind, punctual, and thorough!  The first time they cleaned our home, they really did a deep clean -- cleaning inside light fixtures, for example, and doing some helpful rearranging of untidy rooms to be more organized.  We had just moved in, and they were really helpful in making our place presentable! Now they come every two weeks and really keep our place looking great, and are super efficient.  They always surprise us with wonderful details and extras -- cleaning the windows when we don't expect it, sweeping the front porch -- they have even cleaned dead plants out of a display and cutely replaced them with a clipping from another plant in the house.  They also make the toilet paper into roses and the kleenex into bows!  Be patient with communication -- their English is not perfect -- and you will be rewarded.  As another reviewer said, they use text messaging which is great.  It's a pleasure to have this sweet and trustworthy couple in our home.

I love Sueli and her team. They always clean everything, nothing left out. The only complaint I have is they aren't always on time, but I assume it's because they don't charge by the hour so they never know exactly how long a job will take them. I'm pretty flexible so that's not a big deal. I've used them for almost two years, on and off.

Always prompt, fast, thorough, courteous, careful. Very pleasant couple. Spoken language occasionally difficult means of communication. Texting about schedule or changes works well. They spend about 1.5hr to clean 8 rooms, 2.5 baths, and a bit of basement. Occasionally they bring a third person, if they have a heavy schedule.

We were very happy with Sueli.  She requires a deep inital cleaning which is a little more expensive but she did a great job and we felt it was worth the price.  Moving forward the price will be lower for a normal cleaning.   She was prompt and responsive and we have already scheduled her to come again.

They do a good job at cleaning.  It's hard to communicate.  I would like them to come at the same time every week.  The husband and wife come to clean.  They bring their own products.  She has never broken anything.  One time she found a dollar and left it on the counter.  They are always on time.

The couple who own the company were also the service providers. They were very responsive when contacted and arrived on time to provide the estimate and to do the cleaning service.  They did an excellent job deep cleaning  the house to prepare it for a move-in. They worked very hard and completely cleaned all three flours of our house in several hours.  They did an extremely thorough cleaning job including cleaning the wood work, windows, window sills and light fixtures.  The house was immaculate when they finished - it looked fantastic!  I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to someone else.

I have used Sueli Cleaning for over one year. They are an excellent cleaning service. I love the way they clean. Some cleaning companies charge the same amount and I can't tell that my house was even cleaned. This is not the case with Sueli. My house smells terrific and really sparkles after every cleaning. I highly recommend this company.
