We had a job to lay down LVP and update a bathroom. Very pleased with the work on both. Completed the job in the time the estimated and we neat and clean.

Stephen and Lindsay were great! They tore down an existing wall and built a new one. They also tore down a kitchen wall and added a bar top. It looks wonderful. They were very detail oriented and catered to our needs. They were personable and went above and beyond to produce quality work. You could tell they genuinely cared about the results and outcome. Highly recommend!

Stephenâ s suggestions during our shiplap project were very helpful. He directed as to what materials to use to get the look we wanted but staying within our budget. He also made suggestions as to trim and layout - we followed all his suggestions and are very happy with the final result!

I hired them to finish trim and paint around several windows and finish a pain in the neck wall with drywall. They did a great job and all while we were on vacation. Very trustworthy and quality work!

Probably one of the top contractors i have dealt with!! I had Stephen fix my front door, which was completely destroyed (frame, trim, unleveled, etc). Not only was he able to complete this in a shorter than expected time frame, but he also did his best to preserve decorative trim that was around the door and fixed up the broken trim to match. I also had him do a project in my basement that involved putting cement over walls, and that was done MUCH faster than expected as well. Overall, TWO THUMBS UP!

I highly recommend Lavely contracting. Stephen's bid was very reasonable. He made us a priority and got the job done on a timely basis. We originally hired Stephen for a drywall job, but he did such a great job, we went on and had him lay flooring, paint, hang cabinets, etc. Stephen is very easy to work with, is flexible, professional, and did great quality work!

It was a long time before we could actually take our eyes off of our new floors. Stephen did a great job and we have gotten many complements. His work was seamless, neat and highly professonal. Stephen was also professional, friendly, and prompt. He told us he could finish the work by Thurs but was actually finished by Wednesday. We paid what he said we would pay and he picked up our materials for us as well and hauled away the old carpet. We have already told him we plan on doing our upstairs floors and he's our man.

The quote was reasonable and included a complete description of the material used, the removal of the old soffit and the disposal, and additional specifics. Other quotes I received only included a fee and not a detailed description of the work. The job was completed in one day with professionalism and skill.
