Dan Kohler, owner was very prompt in returning my phone call, visited the site and provided an accurate assessment. Dan's fee for the service was reasonable.

He was terrible. We wanted him to first come out in the fall and he never came. I called him again in the winter to possibly cut my trees because they were getting long. I called him again in the Spring and he came out when we weren't there. He barely cut off any of the trees and overcharged us. I complained to him because he barely did anything and we owed him $500. He called back and said he charged too much and he said it would cost $100. I told him we pay our bills so I paid him $200 and I never called him again.

He has the equipment to do it professionally and he doesn't cut down a tree unless he needs to. They have good communications and really know what they are doing. I have had neighbors request the name of these people because they did such a great job.
