West Point Nursery

They have come in and cleaned up for me after the winter and they clean up the beds and weed everything and mulch it once a year. They are very responsive, they are qualified and they are very efficient when they come.

Am using West Point Nursery again this year to add on to that project started last year. Very impressed with knowledge, customer service, professionalism...and even though I'm a small customer, only owning a condo with small front area, II was treated as though I had a single home with lots of ground.....THAT really impressed me....some nurseries won't even consider smaller areas.
Lee, in particular, was the person I dealt with the most, and he was excellent to deal with in all ways.

Scott and Lee were very professional and knowledgable from start to finish. Even after a major rain storm had washed a lot of the grass seed they came back and redid the area with no complaint. They were always on time and answered phone calls in a very timely manner. We didn't get any other estimates so I can't grade the price. On a side note, their on site nursery is beautiful and has many unusual plants and shrubs.

The workers came prepared with all the needed equipment and supplies. They completed the project on time and gave us all the materials that were left over.

Everything went very well. I never had any problems. I can't think of any negative thing to report at all. The price was reasonable for everything they did. They were very accommodating.

They were very good. They were very punctual and did a very nice job dropping the mulch off. I would use them again in the future.

At one point in time, the crew of 5 was waiting for another truckload of mulch to arrive. I noticed that they took it upon themselves to perform other yard chores that were not included in the work scope, at no extra cost.

We were very pleased with the work. They showed us quite a few things that they could do. They arrived on time and completed the job on time.

Proposal was given with different prices/options, explained thoroughly. Job was done very well, with good attention to detail. Came back 6 months later to fix some sunken pavers without hesitation. Will definitely use the company for all our landscaping needs.
