The job went perfect. The guys were polite and worked efficiently to complete the work in a timely manner.

Our installation was somewhat difficult. Kevin worked with us to satisfy the requirements of the homeowners' association when our original site was not approved. Billy and the installation crew did a very professional installation. They started on time, finished on time, cleaned-up each day and answered all of our questions. Mary Ellen handled communications flawlessly from the office. The entire team was easy to deal with, friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with the entire process and would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family..

They were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly know the right way to route wiring, install panels, and run conduit. The resulting job not only works, it absolutely looks professionally done.
I have seen bad wiring jobs in the past living in an older home and I will always call Hawke for any future electrical work.

From the first encounter with Billy, who did the initial evaluation of the installation determining that it did meet code, to the correction of the install by Mike and the plumber, Paul, there couldn't have been a better experience. And, I was certain it would be that way based on my first call to the Hawke office about 6:30 one evening and a "real person" answered the phone--no automated system. It was Mary Ann who answered the phone and I explained to her that I was concerned about the installation of my generator by Angst Electrical, 20 Providence Rd., Morton, PA. She listened and suggested that if there was a problem I might want to contact the installer who should be responsible. I told her I didn't trust the install and was concerned about calling them back. She scheduled an appointment for me and the rest is history. This first encounter with Mary Ann created an impression that you could trust the company and that things would be done correctly. This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had and would suggest that anyone needing this kind of help would be well advised to contact HAWKE ELECTRICAL! I will sign a service agreement with them and feel very secure knowing that they will maintain my system in good working order.

Hawke was in the middle when we got several estimates for price for a whole-house 20KW generator, so we went with them.
The work was completed quickly on time within a day. We tested the generator and it worked great.
However, there were two problems that occurred as a result of the installation, both of which Hawke made right quickly. First, the generator wasn't properly level (I'm very particular and want things to be perfect). They came out the next day and fixed that. Second, and more frustratingly, when they were messing around with the circuit breaker during the installation, they accidentally unseated the neutral wire for my HVAC, causing the electronics to fry. Our HVAC company replaced the part at a cost of $600, and after a conversation with Hawke, they quickly sent someone out, confirmed that they had indeed caused the problem, and promptly sent a check for the $600.
Since the installation of the generator we've lost power four times, and each time the generator has performed great.
Despite the issues mentioned above, I would still recommend Hawke, in fact, I've used them since then.

They were great. They were efficient and personable. Their cost was on target and effective.

The work was done on an investment property and as a result of a home inspection. Kevin was responsive and all work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I didn't even know they had been to the house to do the work because they cleaned up so well after-wards. Hawke Electric is my go to electrician and would highly recommend them for commercial or residential work.
