I will never walk through their door again. They put some kind of radiator stop leak in it and totally destroyed my radiator. It was the middle of the winter and just remember how bone cold it was, well I had no heat because of what they did. I took it back to them and they said they didn't know what the problem was and sent me home. I went to another garage and that's how I found out that Spennys put the wrong kind of stuff in my radiator. It cost me almost $ 1,000.00 to get it fixed and when the garage told me he talked to Frank Spenny about it he denied ever working on my radiator but I had the receipt showing he worked on it and he still didn't pay for the repair. It came out of my pocket all because they put the wrong kind of stop leak in my radiator. I drove around in a freezing car clear into January because I didn't have the money to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THAT GARAGE unless you have thousands of dollars to get your car fixed at another garage after Spennys screws your car up!!!!!!

I would highly recommend them, they are great. They pick up my car and drop it off after service.

Last summer, I had the car detailed and they did a really really nice job. They did it for $100 and it was like really, really nice. It was like brand new and the car was like 6 years old. They do inspection and oil change and stuff that I need. Like I said, I don't live real far from them, usually 2 guys come up and one of them takes my car down and they bring it back when they're done. They're really nice and they do everything I ask them to do, they are not very expensive. All mechanics are expensive, I don't really know how to compare them so I'd rather not deal with that. The car wouldn't start, they put battery and they jump right on it and came up and they put a new battery for me so you can't be any more responsive than that.
