From the beginning the work went as planned. John and his helper Rich always arrived on time, covered places with drop cloths so that areas not under construction were protected. They were efficient, fixed problems as they arose (as always happens with old houses), were pleasant to be around and made sure they cleaned up after themselves each day. They always answered any and all questions I asked no matter how trivial they may have seemed and explained to me each day exactly what they did. It was very expensive by some standards I suppose but in my estimation, well worth the price as the inside of my 60 year old house looks and functions as if it were brand new. These 2 men are meticulous in their work and it shows.
