John is a good electrician, but I just think he has more work than he can handle and he seems to forget a lot of things. He didn t completely finish the outlets, but he doesn t seem to know that he did not finish the job. That is why I don t think he does it intentionally. He needs some administrative help to organize his work. He gets so busy that he moves on to the next job and forgets about the old one. I would use him again, but I would just manage the job. The work he did do for me was good.
