MY WIFE ASKED THE PLUMBER TO LEAVE THE OLD TOILETS IN THE GARAGE AFTER HE REMOVED THEM. THEY WERE ONLY A COUPLE OF YEARS OLD AND I STILL HAD THE RECEIPTS TO RETURN THEM TO HOME DEPOT. WHEN HE LEFT, THERE WAS ONLY 1 OF THE 2 TOILETS IN THE GARAGE. THE OTHER ONE WAS GONE. WHEN I CALLED HIM FOR AN EXPLANATION, HE TOLD ME THAT MY WIFE DID NOT TELL HIM TO LEAVE THE TOILETS IN THE GARAGE. THAT WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE ONE THAT WAS MISSING WAS BROKEN AND THEY THREW IT OUT. I CALLED THE POLICE TO FILE A REPORT FOR THEFT. I THEN TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD TO REIMBURSE ME THE $250 FOR THE TOILET OR I WAS GOING TO THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE TO FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. HE WROTE ME A CHECK FOR $219 AND LEFT IT MY MAILBOX.
