NEVER F'ING AGIN......Guys showed up at my house smelting like weed ( not saying all 3 were smoking or any were smoking on the day of the move but a strong odor of weed appeared when they showed up??) / THEN I was told they would assemble my bed, which they left the wheels off THEN I told they would assemble my dresser/ mirror .NOT DONE ....heck, they didnt even bring a phillips head screwdriver with them....THEN when it came time pay my original quote was for $313 remaining on the balance after my deposit....THEY CAME UP WITH $473.....and they didnt even fufill the 2 hours that I was quoted on......THEN after they left, they didnt even close the front doors to my budling leaving their rubber bands behind and the doors wide open , so anyone could access my building.....They were nice and respectful so I didnt complain in person because I dont believe in being confrontational, but I did correct them on the pricing and then the correct number magically appeared some how......STAY AWAY FROM THSI COMPNAY NEVER AGIN !!!!!!!!!!!

They were late. They also said they would get the estimate to me the same day and they did not. I tried emailing them back with questions about the estimate and additional costs - there were no responses to my repeated emails even though the estimator said email was the best way to contact him with questions.

In a word, pitiful. First, I had to reschedule to do the move a day later. I received a verbal okay, but the crew still arrived on the original day. I sent them away and told them to come back on the correct day. They were prompt and efficient when they came back, but chose to strap my 55 inch TV to the inside wall and door of the van. When we arrived at my new place, a crew member tried to open the door, which broke the TV. They immediately called in and reported the issue to their claims department. That's when the fun really began. Their claims department seems specifically designed to make the process as slow as possible so that you get frustrated and give up. So, if you ever need movers, choose a company that is reliable and stands behind their work. Basically, anyone else.

I hope that Angie's list will let me post this review. I hired Deily for an estimate and paid a deposit for my move, but I cancelled a month beforehand. Even though I contacted Deily Movers, they sent an estimator from Don Farr Movers. The companies share ownership and are both listed on the same promotional brochure. The Angie's List reviews for Don Farr scared me and I wasn't able to confirm that my moving crew would be Deily and not Don Farr. My actual moving cost with a South Hills competitor came in several thousand dollars below Don Farr's estimate.

Great. No wasting time. Nofurniture or wall fatalities. Professional.

Despite a bit of rain, the move went quite well, and was completed in 6.5 hours plus an hour of travel time. The crew of three moved efficiently: one a packer, one an assembler, and one youngest dude the main "mule." We used standard movers' wardrobe, medium, and small packing boxes, packed on our own. We likely did not watch the weight. The main lifter kept complaining how crazy heavy every box was, but kept steady progress, resting very little. The lead and assembler movers were very cordial, professional, and careful. Two bed frames, a dining table, and a recling sofa were all disassembled and assembled well, without harm. While we felt terrible about the weight, in the end, we really have no complaints about their service and efficiency. Overall, awesome value.

Awesome! The guys did a great job wrapping and loading air furniture and boxes – they men were so caring we requested the same men to bring everything to our crew home in quickly – they did an awesome job on delivery too!

3 movers arrived @ 8:20 ten minutes early. Took care in dismantling & wrapping furniture. Covered carpet in home due to snow finished job in 2½ hours no damage.

The office staff was always very personal and polite on the phone.  They were very accommodating in getting us scheduled in a timely manner. The packing/moving crew was very polite and positive too.  Their packing was good, nothing has turned up broken yet.  In some cases, they just tossed non-fragile things haphazardly in the boxes, and didn't always label them well, which made for an unpacking/organizational annoyance.  However, the good far outweighed that small problem.  Our move time turned out to be longer than estimated but the guys stayed positive and polite throughout.  I was impressed with their attitudes and ability to just keep going for 11 hours straight!  The cost was less than other moving quotes we received and as far as I am concerned worth it because we could have never done a move this size by ourselves!  You may want to pack yourself if possible but I highly recommend them for the moving process!

They showed up a bit earlier than scheduled, so it was a little rush to connect and the time started sooner than planned. But otherwise everything went smoothly.

- Movers booked a slot from 12-2 which was right after my closing so I ran right home to be there in time. They hadn't turned up by after 2pm so I called to check. They were still on the last job but would be there "soon". Eventually they called an hour later and were lost. They accidentally went near to "waterfront" mall instead of "waterworks" mall (Friday afternoon rush hour) so I had to wait for them to arrive. They finally arrived around 4pm.
- 3 men arrived, all polite.The lead guy was very nice and professional. One of the other movers was friendly. The last one did not speak or interact at all.
- They did not bring plastic bags for the mattress and boxspring as they promised they would the day before.
- They left behind one (heavy) crate of textbooks in my office which I only found the next day and had to move myself.
- They did not bring any tools to dissassemble the dresser/mirror although I specifically checked if this was included, and my tools were packed, so I had to go ask neighbors to borrow a screwdriver.
- The load went fairly fast.
- Damages: broken mirror, severe scratches on hardwood floor at new house (which I didnt discover til later, as they did not tell me).
 - Other problems: They said my foldout couch would not fit on third floor, so left it on first floor. I think it would have fitted fine, as I've since taken beds up there, but it was a hot day and I don't think they could be bothered lifting it up there.
- NOTE: Deily is a sister company of DON FARR MOVING AND STORAGE. I would not have used them if I knew this, because I found Don Farr to be terrible last time I moved. In fact the lead guy answered the phone "Don Farr Moving" accidentally, and the truck was clearly painted over and used to read Don Farr.
I must say the office staff were incredibly nice every time I spoke to them, and very accommodating. It would be good if their crews were as capable as those staff.
