Excellent responsiveness. Anytime you have a water leak, time is of the essence. Technician blew out the blockage from the very long drain line, and made a new access for future flushing. This was quite the operation. Luckily, the Technician was very experienced and skilled. He then ran and checked operation of the system. Problem solved!

Technician worked efficiently to diagnose problem and replace transmission. Ran and checked operation of both heat and air conditioning. Very impressed with responsiveness! Also, their technician was very experienced and skilled.

Called on Monday when we discovered the furnace wouldn't start. They came out that day and found that the problem was the ventor motor. Since it was not something technician had in truck he had to get from the ware-house. They were able to come back out and replace the motor on Wednesday morning. Happy with prompt and courtious service. A bit miffed by the hourly charge, but we just never have much work done so I am not aware of what home repair companies charge per hour. Overall, would use them again.
