Rich arrived a few minutes early and not only repaired the damage, but took pictures of areas that I need to keep an eye on. He also secured additional shingles that had blown loose in the high winds from the storm. He was polite and professional, not to mention he came the next morning after my request for service.

I would recommend them based on quality of work and price.  Dealing with the owner was great. I am happy and satisfied with the job.

I do just about everything to my house and cars myself so when it came time to call someone to replace my roof and siding i was a little worried.   Richard Banker came highly recommended to me by my fellow co-workers.  The first time I called Rich we had set up an 8 am appointment for him to come and inspect the job. About 15 minutes to 8 he gave me a call and said he'd be 10 minutes late.  10 minutes late is no reason to call someone but thats the type of person he is.   Every time he said something he did it, from a simple phone call to the stages of the job.   He is one of the best contractors I've have ever had to deal with and the professionalism of his crew was outstanding.   I'm only upset that he doesn't do more.

I received Rich's contact information from J&L Building Materials in Avondale, Pennsylvania who also gave me a list of four other contractors. I called three contractors from the list and Rich was the first who was only who seemed genuinely interested in helping and providing a complete solution. He was willing to sell me just the amount of material my job actually required from scrap material he carried. This means I did not have to waste money buying an entire roll of room trim, which would have been very expensive! See above for the services he provided. I found Rich to be an honest, conscientious and skilled person who really wanted to do a great job for my project. Rich was great to work with and he really did do a fantastic job. In the end his cost was slightly less than the phone estimate. I totally recommend working with Rich Banker and I will do so again!!
