+ -1 moreI highly recommend this Contractor and would rehire him for any future work. He is a real craftsman and the quality of his work and attention to detail is exceptional. On several occasions he proposed creative and cost effective solutions to issues that arose during the course of the project. He personally performed the work or directly supervised that of his associates to ensure that it met his exacting standards. He has great listening skills and possesses a pleasant, positive disposition. He quickly won our confidence in his ability to undertake the remodeling project, and he made what could have been a stressful undertaking a pleasure for all involved. His work greatly exceeded our expectations.
Description of Work: We contracted with Robert Mejia, President of Waylin Inc., d/b/a/ REM Renovations to completely remodel a Townhouse located in New Castle County, DE. The contractor completely gutted the kitchen, two bathrooms and powder room. Installed new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new lighting (ceiling fixtures and recessed), ceiling fans, vanity cabinets, tubs/showers with sliding doors, closet organization systems (master closet and second bedroom closet), fabricated a false ceiling to close off a two story atrium, crown molding, installed new insulated garage door, replaced rain gutters and had house painted inside and out.
