Called on a Monday to get a quote/estimate for installation of 2 outdoor GFCIs on the outside of the house for landscape lighting. To my surprise, they were able to come out that same day to install in the late afternoon. They arrived on time, and finished the job in < 2 hours. Very professional, explained everything they'd be doing to the home owner, cleaned up, and final install looked very good. Very impressed with the level of service and timeliness of service. Will definitely utilize again in the future, and recommend for anyone in the area.

A two man crew showed up on time at 8, including TJ who was the electrician who quoted the job.  It's great to have someone who already knows what they are doing walk in the door and get straight to business.  They worked consistently for 11 hours, cleaned up after themselves professionally, and asked us on-going questions whenever necessary.  They were a great team, and they did a great job.  
Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend New London.

When our garbage disposal broke it shorted the switch, so Tom not only fixed it, he also found other loose wiring at the main box and fixed that too. 

I was very pleased with the work and the contractors, TJ and his apprentice, Shawn.  They were punctual, prepared, and very personable.  They were sure to ask if the work they did was to our liking.  Demeanor was professional.  Would use them again,.
UPDATE:  I contacted the company to say that 2 of the spotlights weren't functioning correctly.  They called me back right away and persisted for a couple of weeks until we could find a time for them to come out and correct the situation while I was home.  It wasn't easy for them and they had to keep calling me....I didn't have to keep calling them.  I am so impressed.  This is a very ethical company that takes pride in its work and in satisfying the customer.  Kudos!!!

Went great, better than expected. The explanation of what to expect in terms of price, time and scope of work was straightforward. There was no mess because the electrician took the time to try and find alternative ways to run wiring without putting holes in the dry wall but they did prepare us in advance that some holes might be needed to run the new wires, which is normally expected with this type of work.

I first called a national provider that we pay a monthly fee to service everything form our water heater, hvac system, and electrical needs.  The provider came out and said it was going to cost 1,000.00 to fix our problem because it was going to be an 8 hour job.    I thought that price was high so I used our Angie's List membership to find New London Electric, a family owned business.   Tom responded right away to our call and said that he'd be able to be out to look at our problem in a week and a half.  Tom came out and said he wouldn't have to dig up our yard to replace the entire line from one post to the other.  His son TJ came out to make the repair and he explained what he was going to do to troubleshoot to see where the break in the line was and what he would do to fix it.  The time to find the issue and to make the repair was 2 hours, not 8 that the national provider had quoted and the price was 1/3 of the price of the national provider.  I will definitely use New London Electric in the future!
