 + 1 moreEverything went wonderful, my wife has been begging me to get several projects done around the house but I haven't had the time or know how in certain situations. Matthew was able to come in and take care of things before a big graduation party we were having. He is very clean and conscientious. We plan on having him do a couple more things for us.
Description of Work: Replaced attic pull-down stairs, installed a double vanity in bathroom and painted outside woodwork around the garage.

 + 0 moreGreat, our stairway to the attic had broken and was extremely unsafe. Matthew removed the old unit and install a new Century Industries that comes with a 5 year warranty. He installed new trim around the stairs and patched the drywall. It looks like nothing was ever done. He left the work area cleaner than when he started.
Description of Work: Removed broken attic stairway, attached new trim.
