JOHN USES A DRY CLEANING KIND OF METHOD RATHER THAN STEAM CLEANING THE CARPETS AND FURNITURE. IT'S MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE TRADITIONAL STEAM CLEANING BUT DOES A MUCH BETTER JOB. ALSO, THE CARPETS AND FURNITURE ARE NOT LEFT SOGGY FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME! HE WAS ABLE TO GET STAINS OUT OF OUR WHITE BERBER CARPETING THAT STEAM CLEANING HAD ONLY MADE WORSE. IT'S AMAZING! JOHN HIMSELF IS EXTREMELY PERSONABLE, KIND, PROMPT AND GENERALLY WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH. HE PERIODICALLY SENDS OUT LITTLE NEWSLETTERS, WITH STAIN REMOVAL TIPS, FUNNY STORIES (NOT RELATED TO CARPET CLEANING!) AND COUPONS FOR DISCOUNTS. JOHN IS A GENTLEMAN AND THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS SUPERB!
