The first contractor I consulted wanted to build a separate column in my dining room to run the wires and pipes through. He also wanted an exorbitant amount of money. No creative problem solving! When Mr. Bozman came to assess the job, he took his time, did some creative thinking and suggested a way to give me my washer/dryer on the second floor without building a column in my tiny dining room. Instead of a column, Jason ran the wiring and pipes through the interior of a wall in the dining room. He removed a section of the dry wall and ran the necessary pipes and wires inside. He then installed new dry wall, painted and finished the surfaces so that no sign of the installation work was visible. He was courteous and professional. He treated my home as if it were his own! I am very pleased with his work. He is knowledgeable in plumbing, electricity and gas installations, as well as the aesthetic finishing skills. I am extremely happy to now be able to do laundry without dragging it down to the basement and then dragging it back up again! I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Installed a new stackable washer/dryer in a second floor closet. This was a new location and all plumbing, electricity and gas hook-ups had to be installed.
