Cut my utilities into less than half, and I have no hydrocarbon emissions coming out of my home. The transformation of my 125 year old victorian home from a seasonably uncomfortable (hot & humid in summer with window unit air conditioners and dry and smelly in the winter with forced air oil heat) into a stable four separate zone, high tech, efficient, very comfortable home. Very happy and satisfied.
Description of Work: Removed old forced air oil furnace and two oil tanks. Installed new two unit (4 ton) high efficiency ground source HVAC ("geo-thermal") central air system with mostly new duct work, plus a tie-in hot water system. The cost of the installation also included drilling two 300 foot vertical geothermal loop wells under my driveway, with which the system transfers heat from the ground to the house in the winter and heat from the house to the ground in the summer.
