It was bad. He was unreliable; he did an all right job when he came here but he actually did another job and never got back to get paid. He was supposed to order something, he didn't and he just never came back. He just totally forgot and when we call him, he might not call us back. I got a bill from him, I pay monthly and I have to ask because there were a couple of people that could have been home at the time and I don't know if they were. So, if they were it is okay but if they weren't and if he just checked for spiders and stuff around the outside of my house where there was two feet of snow, then I would be upset about that. However, I don't want to say it yet because I don't know if someone else was home and if he actually came into the house; I am not sure. We went on a vacation for two whole weeks and I had to pay when I got home. I am actually going to call him today and ask if he checked the outside of the house with two feet of snow and if he did, then I am going to consider that unsatisfactory and somebody would have to come back because I am not going to be paying this money. I was very pleased with the initial job that they did. They were very professional, they called and you could tell that it is big business but this wasn't pleasing, however, I don't want to say anything definite unless I find out. We are not on a payment plan with him; he just came and left a bill. When he came, the quality of his work was good but he didn't show up. When he showed up, he was on time.

Frank James is my hero! When other contractors gave up trying to remove the dead squirrel from an extremely difficult spot behind our fireplace wall, Frank kept at it until he removed it. It was by then quite late, but he stayed and tried everything he could think of. Frank eventually rigged a tool for the job. The smell was horrid, and I don't know how we could have stayed in our home if he hadn't succeeded. This is top-notch service, done by someone who really cares. A++++

Called Absolute Pest Control to perform a termite inspection. Rob scheduled the appointment quickly and showed up on time. He was very thorough and talked me through everything he was look for in the inspection. After he was done he did not try to talk me into any contracts or provide any services that were unnecessary. His honesty and professionalism was very much appreciated. I highly recommend and would definitely use his services again.

I believe the price was very fair, $125 with a 90 day guarantees and he did not try to talk me into a contract situation. As renters, I thought we would get and quot;railroadedand quot; into an expensive service contract since I was coordinating this service from out of state, but this company does not operate that way. I felt like I was working with my own family. The technician told me about his own children, and that they too live far away from home and he had experienced a similar problem in the past with them. He tries to operate his business as if he were helping family members instead of customers. This reminds me of my own father, who owned a car repair center. Dad would let his customers borrow his own personal car if they were in a jam. You don't see this service level anymore. Absolute Pest Services is refreshing and restores faith that there are honest and caring businesses out there.

Absolute used environmentally friendly products that had no odor, so my daughter and roommate were able to stay in the home while it was being treated. They had one sighting about two weeks after the initial treatment and Absolute promptly responded to address the issue. The company was very accommodating to work around the girls schedule and came after normal working hours to conduct the inspection/ treatment and did not charge for the after hours service. There have been no other pest issues with the property since Absolute Pest Control provided service there.
