In order to schedule him we first talk with the customer to find out what they maybe interested in and give them an idea of cost based on their approximate sizes. The installer can not measure unless he knows what product the customer wants. We must have a discussion prior to coming out or his trip or we potentially could waste the customers time and/or our installer time."
