Family Business since 1950. Third generation. We furnish and install all types of window treatments. We are one of the Delaware Valley largest and oldest window treatment company. We are known as the Plantation Shutter Experts. What sets us apart is our two installers. Our claim is we send the installer not a salesman to your home. You may have heard us advertised on The Michael Smerconish show on the Big Talker 1210 .

"Many customers opt to do their own measuring and installation. For those who want us to measure and install we also offer that service. We only have one highly skilled person who measures. In order to schedule him we first talk with the customer to find out what they maybe interested in and give them an idea of cost based on their approximate sizes. The installer can not measure unless he knows what product the customer wants. We must have a discussion prior to coming out or his trip or we potentially could waste the customers time and/or our installer time."

Two weeks later he came back and installed them.
They fit perfectly.

All in all, I was happy with the speed the shades were ordered, delivered, and installed.
The only thing I had trouble with, was determining what Yocum store I was allowed to use. The Angie's List certificate said Yocum in Delaware. I was confused, thinking I needed to travel from Downingtown to Wilmington to get the shades. I think there could have been a mention of the different locations and that the certificate was good at any of those stores. Roberta explained it to me.
