After contacting the customer service department of Juno, the manufacturer of the Juno recessed lights we have in our family room window seat ceiling, and discussing the problem we were having with a draft the manufacturer suggested we try a different closed system trim. Darlene at Yale Electric ordered two of the trims they had in stock in their warehouse for us to try. When we tried installing them we noticed one of the trims was chipped on its edge. We returned it and they reordered a new one for us, no problem. We were called when the new trim came in. The new trims solved our problem and Yale Electric was helpful.
