The people at the shop clearly were not interested in my business.  They gave me the bum rush and stated it would cost around $300 (I found some other place that had free pick up and only charged me $120.).  They said I would either have to drop off the equipment during business hours or have them pick it up (for around $70) Their business hours are 8:00-5:00, not the 8:00-9:00 that is stated on Angie's list.  They refused to work with me and I just walked out.  The kicker is that I have bought equipment from them in the past. They clearly were not interested in my business!

Overcharged by 50% . Compared price with a comparable dealer in the area. Showed no remorse when confronted.
Check area prices before going in with this guy!

They are a professional service and generally do good work.
The one complaint I have is that they use a heavy duty impact wrench to tighten the mower blades  They tighten the bolts way beyond the manufacturer's torque specs.  Even though I have a lighter duty impact wrench and also using a heavy duty breaker bar, removing the blades bolts (more than one mower) was extremely difficult and one bold had to be drilled out.  Reading about mower blades, over tightening is a safety hazard as it allows for the potential of bolts breaking causing damage or even injury.  I still use them for mechanical advise and supplies.  I take them my blades which I have removed for sharpening.  However, I will no longer use them to service mowers where they may attach the blades.  I'm looking for a new reliable service.

Took 4 wks instead of 2 I was told at drop-off. I've used this business for 4 years or so...work has always been reliable.

Mixed reaction here. I originally bought my riding mower from this dealer and that was a positive experience. The owner and the person who delivered it to my house were very helpful. However, I eventually decided to switch from the mulching kit to a bagging kit. I scheduled a pickup for the next day with the person who answered the phone. He gave me an estimate for each item/service that I asked for, but when I asked him to give me a total, he grew impatient, saying he was busy with other customers. I asked him to call me back when he was less busy. He never did. I called the next day. Same person answered the phone and he was unapologetic. He gave me a total off the top of his head that was roughly in line with my own estimate. However, I was ultimately charged about $50 more. Also, I later realized that they did not remove all of the mulching kit. There were baffles that I ended up removing myself.
