We were sent this company by Home Depot and the two gentlemen were on time, efficient and professional. There was a slight problem with access to part of the Attic and after some minor hesitation they did cut a hole in the wall and finish the Insulation. I suspect I will consider using them in future . The problem with Home Depot is the varying caliber of their Subcontractors. In this case all's well that ends well.

A gentleman came and inspected the property, told us what the company would do, answered all our questions and a few days later sent a contract with a description of service and the cost. We signed the contract and asked them to call 10 days later. They did and we arranged a date and time for service. They gave a reminder call the day before. The men arrived exactly when they said they would on both days. They introduced themselves, told us what they would be doing, when they would leave and answered all remaining questions. All in all they were very professional and I would not hesitate recommending them.

Went very well. I would use this group again.

We like the professionalism of the West Chester Insulation person who came for the sales. He did not try to overcharge and actually recommended a way to save money but still meet the needs of my house. He also worked with the roofing company that I have hired so I know that the insulation does align with the other activities that are ongoing.

Inquired for estimate over a year ago and followed up with service over the summer. Other than a few attempts to break through administration to schedule service via e-mail (server might have been down), scheduling the appointment and the installation of the blown-in cellulose insulation was swift, clean and professional.

They did a great job. They were easy to work with, they were prompt, and they were clean. The quality of the work was very good.

Selected West Chester Insulation because they have been in the area for years and I appreciated the very good advice they gave me on an issue several years prior to this work. We undertook this project because we were installing a new air handler in the attic and wanted to save on energy bills. So far, so good with this new insulation and two new HVACs! The crews on the three stages of the job were pleasant and efficient.

We liked everything about them. They were professional and on time. The price was good. They cleaned up everything. We would definitely recommend them. They were very good. We would definitely use them again.

The guys showed up exactly on time. They explained what they were going to do and then laid plastic from the doorway, up a flight of stairs and down the hallway to the attic door. They worked very quietly and efficiently - they were done before I even knew it. I think they were here for about 2 hours. The installers were extremely accomodating when I asked to have the originally planned R-38 upgraded to R-60 which meant they had to call back to the office and have longer soffit vents delivered so they could finish the job up.

Prior to having the insulation installed I only R12 - to keep my home reasonably comfortable in the summer my AC thermostat was set to 65 and my electric bill was sky high. Within an hour of the guys leaving I realized I was freezing since the AC was set so low - I'm happy to report that the thermostat is now set at 75. I'm looking forward to seeing the same results this winter.

My salesman Tony was so knowledgeable - he explained why my insulation got wet over the winter from Ice Damning and the potential savings I could expect from properly venting and insulating the attic.

Susanne in the office was very accomodating with scheduling since I had to have roof repairs completed prior to the insulation installation.

Overall - great company with great long term benefits for their customers!

They were on time for every appointment, did a great job and cleaned up spotlessly when finished. A few weeks later, I found one space behind my furnace where some of the insulation had "leaked out" from the ceiling in an area that was hidden from sight. I called and they were out the next day and fixed this issue. The entire job was handled very professionally. My wife felt very comfortable with the people who came and how the job was done. Would definitely recommend them.
