I took it in for an issue and they were able dignose and fix the issue in a day a half. They are incredibly competent and honest as the day long.

They were great. I am pretty sure they are reasonable and that is why we went back to them. They know what they are doing. When we took the car to them, they knew what the problem was and it turned out to be correct. I am sure it would have cost us a lot if we had gone to the dealer. They are really good with Mercedes. I think they specialize in foreign cars. They are really knowledgeable. They have been around for a very long time. The place is not that fancy but they are very nice and helpful. This place is very basic but everything is better than the dealer.

I was greeted warmly by Dawn, who gave me a free lift back home while they worked on the car. I was contacted by phone within about an hour with an assessment and pricing. The car was repaired, road tested, and ready in a timely manner, and I was picked up at my convenience. All in all I was thrilled with the personal service, fair pricing, and very clear communications. I felt zero pressure to make any hasty decisions, and was given full information and pricing in advance. I will be back!

This is the BEST automotive service center I've EVER used, although I'd temper that with the fact that they specialize in German and Japanese cars. I would not suggest bringing an American car to these guys who will very openly tell you that's not their area of expertise.
