West Chester Dental Arts

I hate going to the dentist and always have. However, since first stepping into the offices of WCDA about 9 years ago, that fear somehow went away. The people at this office are great. They are approachable, fun, flexible, thorough, and make every single patient feel special. I don't know how they do it. They remember me, my 3 kids and my husband by name. They know where my kids go to school and they know which sports teams we follow. They remember where we went for vacation last and they ask about us. They go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and COMFORTABLE! Every member of the staff is that way.

My family sees Dr. Forte and I can not say enough wonderful things about him. He is so personable and he is very thorough. He never makes his patients feel as though he has to rush to get to the next patient. He will answer every question you have and then some. I am sure the other dentist's in the practice are just as good, it is just that I have not personally used them. My husband and kids have, however, and say they are just as great.

The practice offers sedation, for those, like me, who need that for various procedures. They also offer a range of whitening services that fit any budget. They have great office hours - early mornings, late evenings and even weekends. Their emergency services can not be beat. My then 10-yo son had a dental emergency at 8pm one evening and Dr. Forte opened up the office and met us there that evening! You can do same day appointments if you need that type of flexibility in your life.

I honestly can not think of one negative thing to say about this practice. It is family friendly, adult friendly, just all-around friendly and professional and full service. It is quite a haul for me to get to this office (I live more than 30 minutes away), but I am sticking with WCDA!

They are very good about letting me know about various options. They are very pleasant personal and their nursing assisted staff. Doctors are excellent as they take plenty of time and talk to you. You can know exactly what is going on. They do it well. They office staff are excellent and very attentive. They look at your needs, patient with you, know their job, work well with you and are just good. They are very good at following up phone calls.

They are extremely knowledgeable. At first time I went there because they had like a free consultation, free x-rays, free exam. What they gave you know was without any gimmick at no cost and I had gone there once before for an emergency work. What really impressed me was my regular dentist it was he came with a failed root canal because I had some pain in the tooth and you need to pay for root canal place and I had to have lot of money and you might have to replace the cap too. So when I went to West Chester Dental Arts they gave me first an antibiotic to try and I took the antibiotic and it went away and never came back and now the dentist says it probably was really a failed root canal it was a little bit of infection you got between like the gum and bone or something like that and they saved me like a couple of thousand dollars. They seem to be extremely knowledgeable and their price was fair. As a matter of fact I gave their card for free consultation to my neighbor and I have told them this place is very good and he said actually that is my dentist and he says they are very good and he really like them. They are good dentist. They are honest and their price is reasonable. I would use them again.

They were excellent. Even after I moved away I went to them when they were an hour away. They are involved in community outreach for those in need. All of the staff there show outstanding customer service and their work is the best as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
