He's so hard to get to because he's so crowded and busy. He's busy because he's very good with animals. I like him. I brought her in and they checked her and they did not want to charge me anything. They said she was fine, but I wanted to see the doctor.  I've been going there for years. They had a lot of our animals. Their price is on the low side. I don't have to worry about going in there and not being able to afford it. They're always very fair. They're outstanding. I've had animals with diabetes and that had to stay there for a week. At the end of the week I have a $200 bill for a week long hospitalization. You can't beat that. They can't handle the volume. They have like 9 staff members and their not all up on how to manage. The doctor is so caring, he's not aggressive, which I like. Some people don't like that I think. They think because their dog ate a plastic container that they have to cut them open and do a $3000 surgery, they don't do that there and I like that. My animals has lived a long, healthy and happy life. If he was doing that prematurely I would have to take them somewhere else, but he doesn't do that.  He's taken good care of my animals.

It was fine. I like their waiting room-its designed so that the dogs don't face each other. The doctor is very professional and made me feel comfortable. They made special arrangements so I wouldn't have to leave him there because he has to be sedated. I will use them again.

Took my sick cat to the vet.....they were perfect, gentle and made her all better.

We have used them twice for checkup and to have some teeth removed. They are very professional and punctual with their appointments.

.I am very glad they are available. They are very caring to the animals and professional. They are excellent and I would refer anyone to them. They are always receptive to their patients and explain everything to you. You don't leave the facility without not knowing what was done.

One of our dogs got suddenly sick around Thanksgiving. Long story short, on a Saturday night she got much worse and on Sunday we knew it was time. We were recommended to WC Animal Hospital. They were compassionate, caring and respectful. Charge was appropriate.

They are an excellent veterinarian service place. We do not have any pet insurance but the price is very reasonable. The place is very clean and the staff really loves animals; from the vets to all of the staff. They are really good and kind hearted people and they really care about every animal that is there. They take care of emergencies and in fact they have great hours; they are open late a couple nights a week and weekends they have hours also. I swear by them. My neighbors all use them; everybody uses them.

My older black lab mutt became ill and in serious pain rather suddenly. What seemed to be a cold was actually a more chronic condition. He had been in intense pain for about 12 hours and I went to West Chester Animal Hospital at about 330 am. They are the only 24 hour vet in my area. They were very understanding of the difficult choice to put a dog down. They were patient and calm. The doctor on duty gave me the info I needed to make the right choice for my dog. The nurse took a plaster paw print as a memento. Because it was summer time, the hospital kept my dog's body while I went home to dig a grave for him. When I returned to pick up his body, every single person was so compassionate and understanding of how the loss of a pet is a big deal for most people. I was very impressed with the consistent caring approach this hospital had. I highly recommend them.

For this appointment, my cat, Penny and I waited a little longer than usual, but our visit with Dr. Brenda Perkins went well. Dr. Perkins apologized for the wait as soon as she entered, and explained that she was talking with an owner about an upcoming painful decision that took some extra time. I've been in that position before with my previous dog, who was my great friend, and clearly understood the pain involved and reassurance needed from their doctor. As a matter of fact, Dr. Perkins was our vet then, and I felt appreciative of the time and care she took to listen and give advice. She's a natural with animals and all professional! Years ago, I moved my dog to her practice from another when I started to see her health decline, and truly feel that she gave me extra years with my beloved dog. .... This practice has all women vets, and as I saw the others over the years on short notice, I recognized that each nurtures and cares about the dynamics of our family with our furry friends.... The groomer, Angela is wonderful- caring- and gentle and clearly has a unique ability to often calm the most nervous of dogs (and cats). Our dogs always gets a great hairdo, and comes home happy.... The front staff has worked in this hospital for as long as I could remember. They're knowledgeable, accommodating and listen when you call with a concern. They help to instill confidence in the hospital, and for all these reasons, I'm happy to recommend this facility. Additionally, the prices are more than fair and I've never felt that this practice takes advantage of folks. They care about animals and people!

They are really good. You don't feel gouged by their prices. They don't push stuff on you. I like the staff, they are wonderful and know what they are talking about. They are quick, their prices are fair and they are friendly.

I've been taking my animals (dogs and a cat) to WCAH for over 10 years now and have only good things to say about them. The quality of care provided by all the vets there is superb. The vets all have a personal rapport with the animals which makes a big difference if you've adopted rescues with behavioral issues like I have and when your pets develop serious and/or chronic illnesses (especially when it comes to making treatment and end of life care decisions). My cat lasted 4 years and had a great quality of life during that time (when he probably should have only lasted 1) while being treated for chronic renal failure. My coonhound hated going to his Oncologist but loved the vets here (he recovered more quickly and healed incredibly well after having a nasty tumor removed at WCAH than he did after surgery for a smaller, more easily resected tumor performed at the Onc clinic). Despite moving further away, I continue to use this practice to care for my animals even though there is one pretty good veterinary practice nearby.

We like the fact that they are dedicated and interested in our animals. Their prices are also reasonable.

Very well. Our dog was bathed and in good spirits when we picked her up.
