"Hello Member, Sorry for the late response, but we are new to Angie’s List. Assuming I am looking at the correct invoice, you purchased a King Ultra in June of 2009, and we did a comfort adjustment in January of 2010 to make it firmer and repair body impressions. Body impressions are common with most mattresses and even more pronounced on a soft mattress like the one you purchased. To help the mattress wear evenly customers should rotate and flip their mattress at least every 6 months. The mattress you bought, has a 15 year warranty, so you have quite a lot longer on your warranty. As with most manufacturers the warranty covers body impressions of at least 1.5 inches, and if yours are this deep we would repair it for free. Additionally since we build all the mattresses we have the unique ability to make adjustments to your mattress even if the problem is not a warranty issue. We can easily make your mattress firmer for you, and the charge is minimal compared to purchasing a whole new mattress.
