When asked about bill before the reconnecting the wire, technician wouldn't tell me how much it was going to cost.

The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.  Our sales representative, Bruce Berry, inspected our existing HVAC system, listened to our concerns, and proposed a new, more energy efficient and comfortable system.  He was very responsive throughout the job and easy to communicate with.  The install team was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home.  They found and corrected a number of existing issues from a previous installation and worked well past dinner time to finish the job in one day.  Last, a supervisor inspected and tuned the system the next day and spent an hour answering all of our questions, walking through operation and maintenance of the system, and explaining our new thermostat.  To top it off, they sent us a lovely thank you gift.  I would highly recommend this company!

Again, an outstanding performance from Timothy Off staff. Technician Andrew arrived onsite at 830pm for an emergency repair to our water line on a weekend, at night. The water in our house had been shut off for several hours, and we required a quick response prior to the early start of our work days on monday. Andrew showed up and assessed the issue, giving us a reasonable estimate within 15 minutes of arrival. He fully explained what his method would be, and was congenial and walked us through the process. All work was completed quickly and Andrew checked the faucets in our kitchen to ensure everything was completed to satisfaction. Despite the difficulties of working with a 200+ year old house, we were able to count on Timothy Off and Andrew to help us out in a tight situation.
