Superior Seal Coating

I am dissatisfied with the work that Superior Seal Coat performed on my driveway. The edge of the driveway near the garage door was left in a very rough and unfinished state; it was not professional workmanship a period. When I called and informed them that I was not satisfied with their work, their inspector sent me an email stating: “ …our job is focused, primarily on the integrity and preservation of the driveway not the aesthetic factor. The important function of the job was accomplished” This objective was never communicated to me prior to them doing the work if so, I probably would’ve went with a different company. Not only that, they could have easily communicated to me that the crack between the asphalt and the concrete where my garage door is located could not be fixed. This was never communicated to me. I would not recommend anyone use this company

Disappointing. Good quality work except for about 2 linear feet where the asphalt came up too high on the garage. We addressed at time of service without it being addressed. Once we finally talked to manager, we were told "as far as we're concerned the work is complete," "it is what it is," and "we can't do anything about it." I brought it someone who was able to easily fix the problem and then canceled the sealcoat work we planned with them. Won't use them again. Very disappointing customer service.

Pictures tell a thousand words. Ignoring my suggestion to reschedule. Superior applied the seal coat with rain in the forecast. They attempted to clean the seal coat off my vinyl siding and garage doors but used a hazardous cleaner that left a white residue on everything they used it on; including the driveway. After MUCH deliberation, they replaced the siding and reluctantly cut us a check to have my garage doors repainted but ultimately left my driveway the way you see it in the pics. My garage floor is still stained, I had to have my car detailed for seal coat removal which I didn't even mention to them. In our case, Jerry was extremely arrogant and unprofessional and was only interested in the money he lost. Initially, they did a beautiful job but when things went awry, they didn't mitigate the situation with the professionalism they advertise.

I was very satisfied. All communication with office (estimate, discussions, scheduling) was prompt, clear, professional and hassle free. The work performed by Alex and his partner looks good and I think will solve my problem. Arrived on time, very neat and kept me informed on their process.

First and last time we will contract with “Superior” Seal Coating. Beyond disappointed with the quality of the seal coating applied to our 6 year old driveway. We now have cracks everywhere and the sealant seems more like paint you would have used on your walls. If you want an inferior looking driveway, then give Superior Seal Coating a call.

They did a great job.

Estimate was provided with the promised discount offer. They called to pick a date. Crew showed up around lunch time. They did project one and left. Returned an hour later to complete project two and left. I had to call back and have them return to complete project three. All work was good quality. They have people available to answer the phone -- no rolling over to voice mail. They did everything requested, but I did have to call and get them back for the third project.

It went very well.

Quick and punctual for estimate and for showing up for job. (I used another company that paved my driveway they didn't call me back for seal coating. It's nice when companies don't waste your time or money.)

I contacted Superior in June 2015 for an estimate on having our driveway sealed.  The estimate was left in the mailbox and I also received an email with a PDF copy of the same thing.  I proceeded to also get a few more estimates as I like to compare not only prices but what I am getting for the prices quoted.  Superior was not only the lowest price of the quotes I received but also had phenomenal reviews ere on Angies List.  One company claimed he included a TWO year warranty and I knew that was just a way to charge more because the standard in this industry is 1 year which tells me nothing is going to happen between year 1 and 2 and if anything does I am sure they will find a way to claim it's not covered.  I went ahead and let Jerry know that I wanted them to do the driveway.  I also was reassured that they are careful not to get anything on abutting concrete surfaces.  I was contacted by Jerry and he stated that he wanted to do the driveway in a couple days as he had another job in my area and I said absolutely.  The finished product was right in line with all the other reviews...Nothing on concrete surfaces that abutt the asphalt and nothing really on the grass aside from a very slight amount on a few blades that were right against the asphalt.  There was ONE foot print in the grass which is the way it has to happen because there isn't anywhere else to step.  Not to mention, it doesn't effect the grass and after a few cuts, it's gone.  All in all, Jerry and his crew are awesome people and they do the same superb work as is noted by reviewers on here.  Will absolutely use again in the future!

I have used Superior Seal Coating pretty much every year for basic driveway maintenance over the past 5 years or so.
I have always been impressed with their efficiency, pricing, value, professionalism and service. I never have to ask for a second response, they always show up within a few days of first contact to provide an estimate, they have always shown up on time to do the job, they are in touch immediately when bad weather prompts a delay (only happened once to us and the delay was minimal), and their work is of very high quality. My driveway always looks great after they've finished.
One other item to note that is highly valuable to me is their honesty. I have had estimates provided where they will quote the work, but will also provide comments such as "driveway can wait another year to be sealed, but cracks should be repaired now."
I will definitely use them each year going forward.

I called and asked for an estimate to seal our large driveway and parking area. The estimate came back the next day and the work was scheduled. A few days before the seal-coat was applied, they cleaned the driveway and repaired cracks. On the day of the seal-coating, they showed up on time, cleaned the driveway again, and dried out some areas that were still damp from the night before. They left the work area clean.

They have great service. They guaranteed their work with an issue and they came and redid it without charge. They came when they said they would and they're very professional.
