Failed to follow up in a timely manner. When I suggested he should have at least called me to say he was taking a second vacation, he simply shrugged it off. I gladly ended up paying about a thousand dollars more and got a very professional alternative. Sometimes it's not just about the price. Mr. Stout seemed to be a very nice man and I know people who liked his work and are very happy with him. In my view, the best thing about his business is his wife's involvement in it. She is a classy lady and communicated with me very effectively. He would do well, in my opinion, to make her his office manager and take his direction from her.

We were very pleased with the great work that they did. When we got home it was like the tree had magically disappeared. There was no debris...absolutely nothing. everything was cleaned up, no damage to the lawn, the roots and tree stumb were grinded down as discussed. Good and professional individuals. Scheduling them to come out it was a bit challenging. I know the weather has not been behaving and they have such reasonable prices so they are probably very busy. But it was a bit tough to schedule them to come out. Having said that i still would recommend this company and hire them in the future.

They were professional. They worked very fast and got the job done right. They're coming back to remove a hedge for me.
