Excellent work. Great scheduling. Good advice For managing a last minute change of tile and supplier.

It went great!  Good communication. Very professional results.  We particularly valued his experience and overall home improvement skills that allowed me to act as my own GC and save thousands.  I ended up just coordinating electrical and paint- Steve did the rest!

Steve is awesome! He is super responsive to emails, and came out to measure and offer his recommendations about the job. We'd started the job with a handyman and were really disappointed, then Steve came to the rescue! He has a wealth of knowledge concerning function and aesthetics for tile jobs. He also gave us a number of options in terms of cutting costs if we wanted to combine our tile with a cheaper one, or different ways to save since we'd lost some money on the first go 'round.  We ultimately kept to our plan, but Steve was able to provide us with a much better option for trim, and he worked painstakingly to achieve the best possible look. We used a carrara hexagon tile which is not easy to work with in terms of the angles, and he was so concerned with lining up the shapes?it came out beautifully.  He checked in with me often to get my opinion on different decisions regarding cuts of tile, etc. and he was very patient with us during our indecision on grout colors.  Again his opinion here was super helpful! Steve is wonderful to work with and is a craftsman when it comes to tile work. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

They did an excellent job. They were on time. They worked cleanly. They did a top-quality job.

It went great. Steve is SO patient - it tooks us literally more than a year to find a tile we both liked. His installation was on time and he cleaned up afterwards. An all-around nice guy who we will use again for our bathrooms, if we can agree on a tile!

He seems like a pretty nice guy. Seems like he knew what he was talking about too. He was very prompt.

Steve was recommneded to us by Fedor Fabrication and we were not disappointed with his services. His wife, Linda, takes care of the business end is very helpful and quick to respond to a phone call and get answers from Steve. His work was impeccable and we couldn't be happier.He gave great explanations and suggestions, brought two different tile choices to our house the morning he would be doing the work and we chose the one we liked best. He and his assistant finished the job in record time and our kitchen was left in great condiditon. They were very careful of everything and cleaned up after their work was completed.
We were so satisfied with him, his professionalism and his price that we didn't even get another estimate and we were not disappointed. He showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards leaving a beautiful kitchen and happy customer. i would highly recommned Steve Polito to anyone in need of tile work.

He has done 2 jobs for us; he did 3 rooms of tile and a back splash job. He removed all the tiles, and he was a third cheaper, if we had gone through a different company. He is very creative and very comfortable to have in the house. I recommended him to friends and family and they have all been pleased.

He was much cheaper than two other flooring stores we checked. He was a very pleasant personality. He was punctual, neat and creative. He came to our house and brought samples to verify what we thought we wanted. This was great, as we ended up changing our minds and going with a larger tile. We were so pleased that my husband offered to let him use our home as an example of his work.
