SINGLETARY'S APPLIANCE SVC

We have used Singletary's at least 2 times & so have my parents & we are very glad we did! Steve came out when our fridge died during the summer & we thought we were going to need another fridge or a lot of $ to repair it....Nope! Steve told us it was a simple part replacement, he didn't have it on him at the time, but he went back & got it & came back & fixed our fridge in no time. We had a different fridge issue later, he fixed that quickly & again with minimal fuss or money. He could have charged us a lot more or told us it was a big deal or expensive part. He was honest & charged us a very fair price for the fix. I appreciated that tremendously & have recommended Singletary's multiple times over.

The person came out the same day. He needed a part so he went out to buy the part and came back that day. He replaced the filter, which I didn't even ask him to do. He did extra work in a professional manner. I recommend their service.

We called Steve before 9am and he was at our house before 11am. During the call he took the time to advise us to cut the water to the refrigerator if the leak was ongoing to minimize any further damage. After he arrived, he quickly diagnosed a faulty part and grabbed a new one from his truck. He was in and out in about 1/2 hour. Neat, friendly, professional service. Would use again and recommend to others.

he was on time....problem diagnosed right away .....had to get part install it and whole thing solved within I hour.......total 70.00 for him and part was 10.00.......this guy steve who is the owner is as honest as the day is long......west chester area this guy is the best

Rick came on the same day I called him. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it without any need for new parts. He was courteous, honest and fantastic at his job, and charged me a very fair price. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Steve is absolutely the consummate professional.  Not only did he diagnose the problem in short order, he had the part on his truck and repaired the unit on the initial visit.  His price for parts, service call and labor were more than fair.  If you want someone who believes in trust, integrity and fairness, along with top notch quality, this is your guy.  I will recommend him to everyone I know because he is just that good.

HE CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW HOURS AND HAD THE DRYER FIXED QUICKLY.  HE EXPLAINED WHAT CAUSED THE ISSUE AND HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.

Called for service in the morning, owner said he would try to service appliance the same day. Arrived at 3:30, evaluated and repaired the refrigerator quickly. Very professional. Would absolutely use again.

Both machines are humming along!  Will certainly call again.

The lower hinge hole on our refrigerator door had become enlarged over the years and therefore the door would not seat and close completely. There are no parts available for this older refrigerator so Steve improvised a solution. The door now closes just like it did when it was new. I can't thank Steve enough as he saved us from the need to purchase a new refrigerator which we did not want to do just yet.

Steve Grubb was at my home the same day I contacted him to fix my washer.
He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable.
He quickly discovered what the problem was, and fixed it.
He charged me the minimum rate for repairs, so he is really very affordable.
We were very pleased with this provider, and highly recommend him to everyone.

A summer Saturday shut-down of our side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and of the 10+ calls we made to service providers our only response was from Singletary's . Service was provided within 2 hours - quick, efficient, professional and fairly priced ( this was a summer Saturday emergency!). Highly, highly recommend and will use them for future needs.

Steve got back us on a black Friday and returned our call within the hour and did a great job.

Initial contact was handled in a friendly and courteous manner by Judy. It's nice (and rare these days) to have a live person answer calls or even to have someone return calls! Steve arrived within the appointed timeframe, was friendly and professional, got right down to business, explained and took care of the problem. He also offered some very helpful advice on another appliance that we had a problem with, but that he does not service, that enabled us to perform the repair ourselves. We felt that the service was well worth the price that we paid and will definitely use them again if needed.

Steve arrived when scheduled. Neither my old washer or dryer performing well. Steve said the washer had a tooth missing and would stop working at some point and he did not feel it was worth my money to fix it. He worked on the dryer and it now is working good as new.
A few weeks later, the washer did die, had a hard time finding a model that they would deliver (old house with small doorway to cellar) and called Steve to discuss repair. He said he could but felt it would not be cost effective for me. Gave me some suggestions and I was able to order a washer that would fit. Steve also gave me some suggestions on people who could take the old washer out for a reasonable cost.
Steve is honest and dependable - recommend highly.

He is punctual when you call him. He is always honest. He will give me advise on what to buy and whether or not to have something done. He fixes everything right the first time. I have used him for over 10 years.
